Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
In Flow ADHD Coaching is run by me, Natasha Rabe, an ADHD coach based in Perth, Western Australia. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and how I look after it. It covers my coaching sessions, my website (inflowadhdcoaching.com), my online bookings, my email list, and the digital products I sell.
I follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you're outside Australia, this policy still applies to you.
What information I collect
I only collect what I need to coach you, run my business and send you things you've asked for. That can include:
- Contact details: your name, email, phone number and where you're based (mainly for time zones).
- Booking details: the sessions you book, reschedule or cancel.
- Information about you and your ADHD: things you choose to share in intake forms, sessions or messages, like whether you have a diagnosis, what you're finding hard, your goals, and anything about your health, work or relationships that you bring up. Under Australian law this can count as health information, so I treat it with extra care.
- Payment details: handled by my payment providers. I don't see or store your full card number.
- Website and email info: basic details like which emails you open or which pages you visit, collected through cookies and the tools I use.
How I collect it
Mostly straight from you, when you:
- book a session or discovery call online
- fill in an intake form or questionnaire
- talk with me in a coaching session or by email or message
- take my ADHD strength quiz or join my email list
- buy a digital product, like the ADHD Rescue Kit
- get in touch through my website or Instagram
If someone refers you to me, like your doctor, they may pass on your name and contact details. I'll only use them to get in touch about coaching.
How I use it
I use your information to:
- book, run and follow up your coaching sessions
- send booking confirmations, reminders and session links
- take payment and send receipts
- send you the products, guides and emails you've signed up for
- keep session notes so I can support you properly over time
- improve my coaching, website and products
- meet my legal and insurance obligations
I'll only send you marketing emails if you've signed up for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link. I don't use what you share in sessions for marketing, and I never share client stories publicly without your clear permission.
Who I share it with
I never sell your information. I share it only with the tools I use to run my business, and only what each one needs:
| Tool | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Splose | Bookings, client records, session notes and invoices |
| Google (Meet and Calendar) | Video sessions and scheduling |
| Stripe | Taking payments |
| Kit | My email list and newsletters |
| Stan Store | Selling digital products |
| Squarespace | My website and contact forms |
Some of these companies store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. I choose providers with strong security, but their own privacy policies also apply.
Otherwise, I'll only share your information if you ask me to (for example, with your doctor), or if the law requires it. That includes if I believe there's a serious threat to your safety or someone else's.
How I keep it safe
I keep client records in Splose, not in my personal email or random documents. My accounts are password protected with two-step login where it's available, and I don't record sessions unless you've agreed to it first.
I keep coaching records for as long as I need them for your coaching and my legal and insurance obligations. After that, I securely delete them. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time and I'll stop sending them.
If there's ever a data breach that's likely to cause you serious harm, I'll let you know and report it as the law requires.
Your rights
You can:
- ask to see the information I hold about you
- ask me to correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- ask me to delete your information, unless I'm legally required to keep it
- unsubscribe from my emails at any time
- use a nickname when you first get in touch, though I'll need your real details to coach you
Just email me and I'll get back to you within 30 days.
Questions or complaints
If you have a question about your privacy, or you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please email me first at tash@inflowadhdcoaching.com and I'll do my best to sort it out within 30 days.
If you're still not happy, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy as my business or the tools I use change. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
